Terms & Conditions

By engaging in services with Regina Escobedo Guerra, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and begin the design process. Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due within 14 days of final delivery. Late payments may result in delayed file release or additional fees.

2. Scope of Work
Each project includes a clearly defined scope of work agreed upon prior to commencement. Any additional items or requests beyond this scope will be subject to additional fees.
For custom suites, the number of pieces included will be outlined at the start of the project.
3. Revisions
Projects for Regina's Stationery Practice include a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed at an hourly or per-revision rate.
Revisions are intended for refinement, not for complete redesigns.
4. Artistic Integrity
All work is created in alignment with Regina’s artistic style and approach. By commissioning a project, you acknowledge and trust this creative direction.
Requests that fall outside of this style or compromise artistic integrity may be declined.
5. Timeline & Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays in communication may impact the project timeline.
Final timelines will be discussed at the start of the project and are dependent on client responsiveness.
Projects requested on an expedited timeline may be subject to rush fees.
6. Project Pauses & Delays
If a stationery project becomes inactive for more than 30 days due to lack of communication or materials, Regina reserves the right to pause or close the project. Any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
7. Usage & Copyright
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Regina.
Clients are granted permission to use the final designs for personal or event use only. Designs may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
For brand or commercial projects, usage rights will be defined and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
Clients are welcome to share and post the work for personal use. Credit to Regina is appreciated where possible.
8. Promotional Use
Regina reserves the right to photograph, publish, and share completed work for promotional purposes, including website and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for confidentiality.
9. File Delivery
Final files are delivered in the agreed-upon formats. Working files or source files are not included unless otherwise specified.
10. Printing & Production
Unless otherwise specified, final artwork is delivered digitally.
Regina Escobedo Guerra will send the files ready to print and will work with clients (at their request) in case a change in format is needed for proper printing. But, the printer provider is responsible for any errors, color variations, or production issues once files have been approved and delivered.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom and handmade nature of the work, all payments are non-refundable.
In the event of project cancellation by the client, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
12. Right to Refuse or Terminate
Regina reserves the right to decline or discontinue a project at any time to ensure a respectful and aligned working relationship. This includes situations where communication becomes inappropriate, the project no longer aligns with her values, or circumstances arise that prevent continuation.
In such cases, work completed up to that point will be delivered where appropriate.
13. Creative Ethics
While inspiration may be drawn from various sources, Regina does not replicate or copy the work of other artists. All designs are created as original works.
14. Liability
Regina is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or misuse of the final artwork once delivered.
